Mangosteen Coconut Non-Dairy Frozen Dessert, 4.2% Fat

A non-dairy frozen dessert made with delicate mangosteen concentrate and sweet coconut cream.

Directions

1.  Measure all ingredients. Combine 4470 Mangosteen Concentrate, water, and sugar in a small pot. Mix to combine. Bring the mangosteen mixture to 180°F, stirring every 1-2 minutes. Continue to hold the mixture at 180°F for 5-7 minutes to dissolve the sugar.

2.  Once the sugar has completely dissolved add the 2100 Coconut Cream. Mix well and continue to heat at 180°F for an additional 2 minutes to allow the coconut cream to completely dissolve.

3.  Remove from heat and transfer to an ice cream maker. Freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.
