Banana Non-Dairy Frozen Dessert

 A dairy-free, banana ice cream-like frozen novelty.

Featuring: 1000 Banana Puree


Ingredients

1000 Aseptic Banana Puree, Acidified, Seedless

Whole Dates

Honey

Water (From Soaking Dates)

Coconut Oil

Vanilla Extract

Directions

1. Measure all ingredients.  Place the dates into a container and cover with water.  Soak for a minimum of 10 minutes to soften.

2. While soaking the dates, melt the coconut oil.

3. Remove the dates from the water and set the water aside.  Add the dates to a food processor and pulse until a paste-like consistency forms.

4. Add 1000 Banana Puree, honey, vanilla extract, and the water from step #3 to the food processor.  Pulse until the mixture is smooth and all ingredients have been fully incorporated.

5. Transfer the mixture from the food processor to an ice cream maker.  Freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions.
