Acerola Sorbet

A vitamin C-rich acerola-based sorbet.

Directions

1.  Measure all ingredients. Combine all ingredients into a small sauce pan.

2.  Heat over medium-high heat until boiling, stirring every minute.

3.  Once boiling, remove from heat and allow to cool for one hour. Transfer mixture to ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
