Coconut Water Lavender Lemonade: iTi Tropicals’ Innovation Team has developed a new recipe that’s sure to hydrate and refresh your customer’s day! In this recipe, we showcase how to add a unique twist on lemonade using filtered coconut water concentrate and lavender.

Clarified coconut water adds a body and flavor to this fragrant lavender lemonade, creating a drink that's not only delicious but beautifully refreshing.

Frozen Clarified Coconut Water Concentrate:

Frozen Filtered Coconut Water Concentrate is a microfiltered, 60ºBrix frozen product, similar to iTi Tropicals’ standard 60ºBrix product, with some additional unique micro and organoleptic attributes.  As always, conventional pasteurization and juice HACCP guidelines are adhered to and followed. The production process for filtered frozen coconut water concentrate has an extra filtration step, which helps produce a product with a very low micro load as well as being alicyclobacillus free. The resulting coconut water concentrate product is also clarified.
