Mango Chili Lime Sorbet
A mango-based sorbet with a hint of sour lime juice and mild tang from chili powder.

Directions
1. Measure all ingredients and prepare the bowl of the ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.
2. In a pot, heat the sugar, 9100 Mango Puree, lime juice, and spices. Bring the mixture to a boil.
3. Continue to heat for 5-8 minutes until all of the sugar has dissolved. Remove from the heat and let cool in refrigerator for approximately 30 minutes.
4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared ice cream bowl. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
