Passion Fruit Sorbet

A sweet and tangy sorbet made with passion fruit juice and banana puree.

Featuring: 1200 Banana Puree, 5000 Passion Fruit Juice

Sugar

5000 Frozen Passion Fruit Juice

1200 Aseptic Banana Puree, Non-Acidified, Seedless

Directions

1. Measure all ingredients. Combine all ingredients into a small sauce pan.

2. Heat over medium-high heat until boiling, stirring every minute.

3. Once boiling, remove from heat and allow to cool for one hour. Transfer mixture to ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
