Recipe: Passionate Dragon Fruit Spritzer

Just in time for Valentines day, iTi’s Innovation Team has created a cocktail recipe that you are sure to fall in love with.  Our Passionate Dragon Fruit Spritzer is made with Peruvian Passion Fruit Juice and Vietnamese Dragon Fruit puree, this cocktail is so tasty, not even cupid can resist.  Check out the recipe below to learn more! 

Passionate Dragon Fruit Spritzer  

Ingredients	Amount
iTi 5100 Passion Fruit Juice	2 oz.
iTi 4300 Dragon Fruit Puree	1 oz.
Orange Juice	1 oz.
Semi-Brut Champagne	2 oz.

Directions 

1. Combine 5100 Passion Fruit Juice, 4300 Dragon Fruit Puree, and Orange Juice in a glass.  Mix well.   

2. Fill a champagne flute with ice and poor the mixture top of the ice.  

3. Pour the champagne over top of the ice. 

4. Garnish with an orange slice and enjoy!
