Delicious and distinctive in flavor, acerola is a potent source of vitamin C.  Just 100 grams of single strength acerola puree contains 20x the recommended daily intake of vitamin C.

Banana

Upgrade your plant-based product with Ecuadorian Banana Puree.  Banana puree is a unique ingredient because of its structure and viscosity.  Because of these unique properties, banana puree is the perfect plant-based ingredient.

Use banana puree as an egg replacement in baked goods or use it in vinaigrettes to both sweeten and emulsify!

Coconut Water

Naturally boost electrolyte content and hydration properties in beverages with coconut water concentrate. Coconut water concentrate contains the following electrolytes: sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, and phosphorous!

Coconut water has a broad range of applications ranging from beverages to soup broths to everything in between.  Blend coconut water with various juices to create a lower calorie, 100% juice beverage OR try using coconut water as a soup broth/stock base.  The natural sodium and other electrolytes help enhance the flavors of the other ingredients.  Add coconut water concentrate to a bone broth to boost hydration and enhance the nutritional profile bone broth offers!

Coconut Cream and Coconut Milk Powder

Coconut cream and coconut milk powder are the ultimate dairy-free ingredients.  Rich in flavor with a decadent mouthfeel, coconut cream and coconut milk powder can be used in a wide variety of plant-based applications.  Applications include yogurt, smoothies, non-dairy frozen desserts, soups, sauces, and more.

Mangosteen’s delicate flavor brings a taste of the tropics to any product. It blends well with other juices including peach, passionfruit, and coconut water and is also gaining popularity as a delicacy and fine, exotic dessert ingredient. It can be incorporated in juice blends, nectars, ice creams, yogurts, smoothies, cocktails, salad dressings, and sorbets.

Papaya

Papaya is an exotic, tropical, plant-based ingredient your product line needs. Papaya is known for its valuable digestive properties and being a nutritious fruit because it contains fiber, vitamin B, C, E, and K, flavonoids, folate, and pantothenic acid. Papaya has a luscious taste characteristic of the tropics. It is extremely versatile and may be used in many food and beverage applications such as marinades, salad dressings, and sauces.

Passion Fruit

Looking for an exotic, unique flavor profile? Use passion fruit.  Tangy and flavorful with a hint of sweetness, passion fruit is a versatile product.  Sweeten it to make a sorbet or use it as a base for a marinade.

Passion fruit is full of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants and is free from added flavors, colors, and preservatives.

Pineapple

Pineapple is a sweet, plant-based juice that can be incorporated into a wide variety of plant-based applications such as in tropical drinks, cocktails, smoothies, yogurts, ice creams, sherbet, marinades, and sauces.
