Guava Cupcakes with Coconut Cream Cheese Frosting

Did you know that iTi’s fruit purees can also be used as an egg substitute? The guava puree in this eggless recipe adds great flavor, texture, color, vitamin C, and antioxidants!

 

 

  

Guava Cupcake Recipe:

·         Cake mix

·         ½ cup – iTi Tropicals Guava Puree

·         1 cup – Water

·         1/3 cup – iTi Tropicals Virgin Coconut Oil – melted

Mix ingredients together and bake at 350°F for 13-16 minutes.

 

Coconut Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe: 

·         8oz – Cream Cheese

·         2/3 cup – Powdered Sugar

·         1 tsp – Vanilla Extract

·         1/3 cup – iTi Tropicals Virgin Coconut Oil – melted

·         ½ C – 15% Fat Coconut Milk (Made with iTi Tropicals Coconut Cream + Water)

Mix ingredients together and top cupcakes with frosting.
