Guava Coconut Peppermint Cooler

When the holiday season comes around, one flavor comes to mind: peppermint.  Peppermint is often accompanied by chocolate, mocha, or vanilla so the Innovation Team at iTi Tropicals’ wanted to create a new and exciting flavor combination: guava, peppermint, and coconut!  

Sweet guava and creamy coconut compliment cooling peppermint in this flavorful, holiday-inspired cocktail. Made with peppermint schnapps, vodka, guava puree, and coconut cream, this cocktail is sure to be a hit with consumers!  Check out the recipe below!  

Guava Coconut Peppermint Cooler

Vodka, 80 Proof 1.50 25.00 
Peppermint Schnapps, 40 Proof 2.00 33.33 
2200 Aseptic Coconut Cream, No Stabilizers 1.00 16.67 
3500 Aseptic Pink Guava Puree 1.50 25.00 
Total  6.00 100.00 

Directions 

1. Prepare a champagne coupe by rimming the glasses with red sugar. Set aside.  

2. In a container mix the vodka, peppermint schnapps, 2200 Coconut Cream, and 3500 Guava Puree together.  Add mixture to a cocktail shaker with ice.   

3. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.   

4. Strain the liquid into the prepared champagne coupe.  Garnish with a candy cane.
